Chili is the perfect comfort food, on a cold winter day there is nothing we love more than a warm bowl of chili. Well, its chili making time! This is not just any chili recipe however, this one is the best recipe that you can find. The recipe is simple, doesn’t take long to make and is absolutely delicious.
Chili is one of the most popular meals from the South. There are several options, depending on what you like and how lazy you’re feeling, when it comes to chili. You can make it with chicken, beef, or if you’re a vegetarian, even beans. For this recipe, we using ground beef meat — , onions and garlic, along with a few other ingredients.
Slice the onion and chop the garlic on a grater.
Take a large saucepan and pour in olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the onion first, and 2-3 minutes later the chopped garlic.
Add the beef to the onion and garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until the meat is tender and cooked through.
Now add all the spices and the remaining ingredients except the flour and cheese. Mix thoroughly for 1-2 minutes.
Reduce the heat to a minimum. Cook for another 10 minutes and at this point add the flour. Stir until thickened.
Serve this dish with grated cheese on top.
