Ingredients

6 Strips Bacon Cooked
4 Eggs
2 Cup Maple Syrup
4 Slices Cheddar Cheese
1 Batch of Pancake Batter

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

Take a medium saucepan and add the syrup. Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring thoroughly so that the syrup does not stick to the sides of the pan.

Step 3

When you see the dark color and smell of caramel, then turn off the heat and pour the syrup onto the tray.

Step 4

After 40 minutes, when the syrup has cooled completely, separate the pieces from the parchment paper.

Step 5

Now it’s time to make pancakes. Take a tablespoon and pour 2 spoonful’s and put maple crystals on top, and the same after that 2 tablespoons more.

Step 6

Prepare scrambled eggs and fry bacon.

Step 7

Put a piece of cheese on the pancake, then omelet and bacon and pancake.

The mcgriddle is a sandwich from McDonalds that is similar to the McGriddles in that it has many ingredients. It contains bacon, egg, and cheddar cheese grilled between two pancakes.
