Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Cold Water
  • 1⁄4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Drop Gravy Master
  • 2 Cups Ham Drippings
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Take a medium bowl and add cream and flour, then stir for 2 minutes. Add drops of Gravy Master.

Step 2

Heat a braising pan over medium heat.

Step 3

Pour the mixture from the bowl into the pan and add the ham. Whisk thoroughly and add cold water.

Step 4

Stir the sauce constantly until it thickens.

Step 5

Serve with ham and fries.
