Take a bowl that is suitable for the microwave, and melt the butter.
In a second bowl beat the eggs and add the sugar and vanilla. Stir thoroughly for a couple of minutes.

Add all the loose ingredients to the bowl, flour, salt, cocoa and baking powder. Stir for a few minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Take a baking tray and line it with parchment paper.

On a cutting board, slice the nuts. Sprinkle the mini chips and nuts on top of the brownies. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Take the finished brownies out of the oven and let cool, then cut into squares.
