Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Dry White Wine
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 Shallots Sliced
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Sliced
  • 2 Teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  • 2 Pound Chicken of the Woods

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Take a large frying pan, and add olive oil to it.

Step 2

On a cutting board, slice the mushrooms into strips.

Step 3

Turn on medium heat and heat the pan and add the mushrooms to it.

Step 4

When the mushrooms are under brown, add the shallots and chopped garlic.

Step 5

At this point add the pepper and salt.

Step 6

After 5 minutes add white wine to the pan.

Step 7

After another 5 minutes add chopped parsley and lemon juice.

Step 8

Serve hot with any garnish.
