Caribou Lou is a tropical drink which is popular in the Caribbean. It’s made of coconut rum, pineapple juice and grenadine which are poured over crushed ice. This cocktail is served in a highball or Collins glass filled with crushed ice.

  • 4 ounce Pineapple Juice
  • 1 ounce Coconut Rum Malibu
  • 1 ounce Orange juice
  • Grenadine
  • Fresh Pineapple Slices
  • Orange Slices

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Take a cutting board and knife and slice the orange and pineapple.

Step 2

Take the ice out of the cold and add it to the cocktail shaker, then add all the ingredients and mix.

Step 3

Pour from the shaker into a highball glass and garnish with sliced pineapple and orange.
