Boiling crab is the best way to cook crabs.

Some of the best seafood in the United States are found along the coastal states, and especially in Louisiana. Boiling crab is not difficult, but you need to know what to do with your crabs if you want them tasty, crave-able and the best you have ever tried before.

Boiling crab is one of the most cherished recipes in the southern side (Louisiana) and the eastern coast (Maine). It has been known as a cheap way to prepare crabs but it tastes out of this world.

You will have to cook them properly to gain all the juiciness and flavor and this boils recipe is what you need. The name comes from the process where you boil crab in large pot or about a dozen of pots for hours until it becomes soft and very easy to peel.

It is different from steaming crabs where they are boiled to death usually not delivering any juicy and flavorful meat inside.
