1 Ounce Butterscotch Schnapps
½ Ounce Irish Cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Add 1 oz. of butterscotch schnapps to a chilled shot glass.

Step 2

Slowly pour the cream over the back of a bar spoon to float it on top of the schnapps. This results in a refreshing treat.

Step 3

To make the perfect cocktail we have to change the proportions of schnapps and cream to our liking. In most cocktails, the normal proportion is 1:1 (50% alcohol, 50% cream).
